Indian Tyler, Founder and Chief Consultant
Indian Tyler is a strategist, organizational specialist, entrepreneur coach, and producer. Her exceptional work ethic, commitment to excellence and remarkable attention to detail enable her to service clients with skill and proficiency while fostering lasting relationships and creating fortified networks. Indian Tyler is a true optimist and motivator who firmly believes there is no project that can’t be done, just timing and strategy to be determined. Indian Tyler’s strategic ability and business savvy led her to excel as Vice President of Operations for Vonte Hair Care Products, where she led the company to increase overall sales and double bottom line profit in less than three years, and to establish Necessory Boutique, a specialty exotic import shop where she worked as Founder and CEO.
Indian is a veteran professional to the beauty industry and has organized and managed some of the industry’s leading stage performances at such beauty shows as the Long Beach International Salon and Spa Expo, Premiere Orlando Beauty Show, the International Beauty Show held in New York City, and the Toronto Allied Beauty Association tradeshow. Indian has produced some of the most captivating and informative product knowledge videos used in sales meetings, presentations, and trainings across the country. As a former high school instructor, Indian has taken her passion for teaching outside of the classroom into board rooms, industry meetings, and trade shows both domestically and abroad educating beauty professionals, sales teams, and manufacturers. Sales teams trained under Indian have gone on to achieve great success in their careers surpassing sales goals, winning awards as top sellers, and receiving recognition from their respective companies. She currently serves as Resident Consultant and Special Projects Manager for DermOrganic Argan Oil Hair and Skin Treatments where she facilitates all face-to-face marketing initiatives for the organization.
Indian is also an artist and international performer, and has performed in classical roles internationally. Indian founded the community theater troupe Reel Life Theatrical Players and has produced, directed, and performed several socially-conscious original works. Indian Tyler holds both a BS in Biology and a Master of Public Health degree from Morgan State University. She has also studied with the prestigious Stanislavski Institute, a partnership program with the Moscow Art Theatre School and the American Repertory Theater at Harvard University, and is a graduate of the internationally acclaimed London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art where she completed postgraduate work in classical theater.
